Jared Patrick Shelton, 24, of Sidney, was charged with “peeling” loud exhaust, $136 fine.
Tia Marie Felver, 23, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, $261 fine.

Jennifer M. Crim, 46, of Houston, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Autumn D. Perkins, 21, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Kdreana M. Curtis, 25, of Lima, was charged with driving under suspension/restrictions, speeding – dismissed, and contempt – dismissed, $255 fine.
Ramon Vazquez Torres, 36, of Sidney, was charged with speeding and expired plates, $166 fine.
Michaela Grace Raines, 24, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control devices, $136 fine.
