A pair of Sidney firefighters in Hazmat suits walk towards the City of Sidney Water Treatment Plant pulling a wagon filled with equipment. The two were responding to a leak at the plant that was reported to be chlorine. A shelter in place order was given to people within 1.5 miles of the plant. The leak was reported around 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
