SEPTEMBER 27
-10:00 a.m.: warrant. Heather M. Webb, 42, of Middletown, was arrested for theft.
-10:30 a.m.: crash. The vehicle of Norma A. Gonzales was parked on Broadway Avenue when it was struck by an unknown vehicle.
-2:29 p.m.: warrant. Matthew J. Overbey, 49, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence, possessing criminal tools, and possession of drugs.
-2:31 p.m.: crash. A work truck from Panel Control Inc. was parked in a parking lot on Fair Road and was struck by an unknown vehicle. There were no witnesses and no security footage of the incident.
-4:44 p.m.: warrant. Joseph G. Corner, 47, of Sidney, was arrested for violating a protection order.
-8:13 p.m.: crash. Carter A. Snow, 17, of Sidney, was traveling west on Millcreek Road. Timothy Roth, 41, of Sidney, was traveling east on Millcreek Road. Snow fishtailed and crossed the median, striking Roth.
SEPTEMBER 28
-3:56 p.m.: complaint. Shelly R. Swiger, 46, at large, was arrested for obstructing official business.
-4:24 p.m.: crime in progress. Deon’ta R. Dunbar, 39, of Troy, was arrested for falsification.
-11:00 p.m.: crash. The vehicle of Brian M. Lentz, of Sidney, was parked on the right side of Johnston Drive. An unknown vehicle struck the left rear door of the parked car and left behind no evidence.
SEPTEMBER 29
-4:57 p.m.: warrant. Justice W. Ellis, 27, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.
