Sidney Police Officer Bryce Stewart directs a Marco’s Pizza delivery vehicle to leave the intersection of Wapakoneta Avenue and Russell Road at around 11:20 p.m.. The vehicle’s bumper was damaged by a vehicle driven by a man that according to scanner traffic had a possible stroke. Several vehicles and mail boxes were reportedly struck by the man.
