‘The Frontmen’ to open Gateway Arts Council series

SIDNEY — The first concert of Gateway Art Council’s 2024-25 presents series is set for Nov. 9 and will the feature The Frontmen, a group made of three county music legends from the 1990’s.

The concert will take place at 7 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the newly-remodeled Sidney High School Auditorium. Tickets are $46 for general admission and $45 for AAA members and can be purchased by calling Gateway Arts Council at 937-498-2787, visiting its website at https://tinyurl.com/bbfb5wzc or at the door on the night of the performance.

Get ready to rock out with The Frontmen, an all-star trio featuring Richie McDonald from Lonestar, Larry Stewart of Restless Heart fame, and Tim Rushlow from Little Texas.

Originally coming together to honor troops, they quickly evolved into a powerful touring group, performing for armed forces worldwide and selling out shows across the nation. Their dynamic setlist, filled with hits that defined the 90s’ country music scene, has captivated audiences everywhere, including a notable performance at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.

These musical giants have sold over 30 million records and racked up more than 30 major hits. Fans in attendance can expect to hear iconic tracks like Restless Heart’s “The Bluest Eyes in Texas,” Lonestar’s “Amazed,” and Little Texas’s “God Blessed Texas.” With harmonies and chemistry, The Frontmen promises a high-energy show packed with country favorites.
