VANDALIA —A free home buyer seminar is being hosted by Minster Bank on Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 2-3 p.m. at the Community Room of the Vandalia Library located at 330 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. This free event will help educate potential home buyers about common questions such as how much can they afford, explain down payments, and highlight the various steps to owning a home.
