-12:06 a.m.: crime in progress. Tariq Floyd Esom Hassan Vining, 25, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence, or knowingly causing physical harm.

-10:00 p.m.: summons. Michael T. Stotler, 33, of Sidney, received a summons to appear in court for theft.

-8:43 p.m.: domestic. Police responded to a domestic in progress in the 200 block of Oak Avenue.

-7:18 p.m.: damage. Police received a report of past damage in the 2000 block of Fair Road.

-2:48 p.m.: domestic. Police responded to a domestic in progress in the 1000 block of Constitution Avenue.

-12:40 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a report of a past theft from the 600 block of Buckeye Avenue.

-9:06 a.m.: threats. Police received a report of threats in the 200 block of West Court Street.

-3:43 a.m.: suspicious. Police responded to a report of a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Kathy Avenue.

-4:09 p.m.: suspicious. Police responded to a report of a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 600 block of South Highland Avenue.

-2:48 p.m.: threats. Police received a report of threats in the 300 block of South Main Avenue.

-1:39 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a report of a theft in progress in the 1000 block of Wapakoneta Avenue.

-5:14 a.m.: crime in progress. Adrian Alexander Bizzell, 49, of Sidney, was arrested for criminal trespass.

Crashes

Cynthia S. Popp, 68, of Piqua, was cited with driving within lanes of continuous traffic following a two-vehicle crash on Monday, March 20, at 3:08 p.m.

Popp and the driver of the second vehicle, Anthony D. Best, 55, of Huber Heights, were travelling southbound in the area of South Ohio Avenue. Popp was in the right lane and Best was in the left lane of a one-way street. Popp attempted to change lanes, striking Best’s vehicle.

• Joseph Clark Steinberger, 61, of Urbana, was cited with right of way at a private driveway following a two-vehicle crash on Monday, March 13, at 3:08 p.m.

Steinberger was travelling southbound on a private drive and attempted to turn east onto Michigan Street, striking a vehicle driven by Ivo Orville Knapke, 84, of Versailles, who was travelling westbound on Michigan Street.

• Dylan Matthew Alan Kelly, 17, of Sidney, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control following a two-vehicle crash on Saturday, March 18 at 10:14 p.m.

Kelly was travelling northbound on Westwood Drive in the area of Amherst Drive when he lost control and struck a parked car, owned by Nathan Allen Otho Epperson, of Sidney, facing northbound on Westwood Drive.

• Ariah Lanae Vanloon, 19, of Sidney, was cited with obedience to traffic control devices following a two-vehicle crash on Sunday, March 12, at 4:08 p.m.

Vanloon was travelling westbound on Park Street at Fourth Avenue when she ran a red light and struck a vehicle driven by Arthur N. Kuhn, 78, of Sidney, who was travelling southbound on Fourth Avenue.

Kuhn’s vehicle was towed by Mantor Towing.
