SIDNEY — Zachary A. Harris, 26, of Sidney, was arrested and cited with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer after a chase involving the Sidney police on June 21 at 4:44 p.m.
Harris fled from police when officers attempted to stop him and struck a vehicle owned by Charles D. Craun, of Sidney, parked in a driveway on Spruce Avenue and a tree. He continued down the road a few hundred feet before officers were able to stop the vehicle. The vehicle Harris was driving, owned by Christopher Shepherd, of Sidney, was towed by Wrecker’s Towing and Harris was taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with possible injuries.
