-12:43 p.m.: criminal damaging. Deputies responded to criminal damaging in the 1000 block of River Road.

-6:28 a.m.: property damage. Deputies responded to property damage in the area of Wells Road and state Route 29 in Anna.

WEDNESDAY

-4:49 p.m.: crash. Deputies responded to a hit-skip crash in the area of County Road 25A and East Miami Shelby Road.

-10:37 a.m.: criminal damaging. Deputies and Fort Loramie Police responded to criminal damaging in the 14000 block of Luthman Road.

-7:05 p.m.: suspicious person. Personnel responded to a suspicious person in the 600 block of East Avenue.

MONDAY

-11:27 p.m.: breaking and entering. Deputies, Botkins Police and Jackson Center Police responded to breaking and entering in the 100 block of Waterford Court.

-3:51 p.m.: property damage. Deputies responded to property damage in the 3000 block of Kuther Road.

-3:19 p.m.: suspicious vehicle. Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 16000 block of state Route 274 in Botkins.

-2:24 a.m.: property damage. Botkins Police responded to property damage in the area of West State Street and South Main Street.

-7:16 a.m.: suspicious person. Botkins Police responded to a suspicious person in the 100 block of East Lynn Street.

-4:52 p.m.: theft. Fort Loramie Police responded to a theft in the 10 block of Sawmill Road.

Crashes

Lisa Dawn Six, 33, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on Oct. 22 at 4:51 p.m.

Six was traveling northbound on North Kuther Road when she attempted to pick up an item inside the vehicle, causing her to travel off the right side of the roadway and strike a mailbox. Then she went off the left side of the roadway, going into a ditch and through a cornfield.

• No one was cited after deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Oct. 21 at 8:35 a.m.

A minor female, 17, of Anna, was traveling eastbound on Maplewood Road. Joseph Lester Bair, 37, of Maplewood, has just left his residence pulling a trailer on Maplewood Road. Bair turned south on Lane Street and was in the process of making a U-turn. The female failed to yield from a stop sign and drove onto Maplewood Road in front of Bair, causing her to strike Bair’s trailer. The female was evaluated by Perry Port Salem EMS for suspected minor injuries and left with her mother, and the vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing.

• Raymond Eugene Millet, 34, of Piqua, was cited with failure to control after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on Oct. 18 at 9:04 p.m.

Miller was traveling eastbound on East Lockington Road when he failed to navigate a left-hand curve, causing him to leave the roadway on the left and roll his vehicle on its right side into a ditch. The vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

• Andruw J. Lamma, 16, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on Oct. 16 at 6:53 a.m.

Lamma was on a motorcycle traveling southbound on Eastwood Trail slowing for the stop sign at the intersection of Riverside Drive when he lost control and crashed.

• Andrew B. Millhouse, 21, of Anna, was cited with signal lights after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on Oct. 14 at 9:01 a.m.

Millhouse was traveling eastbound on Main Street approaching the intersection of Pike Street in Anna and Kym R. Maxwell, 33, of Sidney, was traveling northbound on Pike Street approaching the intersection. Millhouse ran a red light and was struck by Maxwell in the intersection. Millhouse’s vehicle was towed by Wren’s Towing and Maxwell’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.

• Tony L. Beverly, 24, of Belle Center, was cited with operation without reasonable control after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on Oct. 13 at 8:24 p.m.

Beverly was traveling eastbound on Maplewood Road when he swerved off the road to avoid a deer and struck a utility pole on the right side of the roadway. Beverly was taken by Maplewood EMS to Wilson Health with suspected serious injuries and the vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

-2:33 a.m. to 7:44 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

-12:41 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to one call.
