A woman is helped off the ground and onto a stretcher by Sidney firefighters after being struck by a vehicle while riding a motorcycle at around 9 p.m. on Sunday in the intersection of Russell Road and Wapakoneta Avenue. The Sidney Police Department is investigating the accident.
