SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of July 2024. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:
Tiyell Taylor, 21, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Ashley Nicole Yarborough, 26, of Columbus, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Christiana L. McMaken, 40, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Travis Allen Lykins, 31, of Corinth, Kentucky, was charged with passing of vehicles to left, $130 fine.
Angela D. Goff, 57, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Victoria S. Freisthler, 67, of Sidney, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.
Brian K. Egbert, 38, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Ethan William Dyke, 24, of Troy, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Brandi Diane Crow, 33, of Findlay, was charged with speeding, $125 fine.
Selena N. Boyd, 44, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Kaiden Michael Bishop, 19, of Anna, was charged with turn and stop signals, $130 fine.
Hank Allen Betts, 44, of Vandalia, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
Allyson L. Powers, 40, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Lonnie L. Sowders, 38, of Sidney, was charged with seat belt violation – driver, $116 fine.
Mark C. Hoying, 70, of Anna, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Renee Michelle Kopus, 46, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension/restricution – child support/FTA, $191 fine.
Steven G. Bullock, 66, of Saint Louisville, was charged with obeying traffic control devices, $136 fine.
Jospeh A. Benanzer, 61, of Sidney, was charged with solicit ride/ride on outside, $130 fine.
Emma Jayne Rainer, 38, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.
Gary L. Yates, 80, of Sidney, was charged with starting and backing vehicles, $136 fine.
Stephanie Nichole Wells, 39, of Monroe, was charged with speeding, $181 fine.
Shaunna Lee Lee, 46, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.
