The carryout was recently taken over by Bailey’s parents, Sanchez and Mindy McCutchins. A grand opening was held for the carryout on Saturday. Visitors could get a free hot dog, donut or cookies. Those who made purchases could enter 15 different raffles during the event. Sanchez McCutchins says a focus of the carryout is to sell local goods.
