Caroline Burns, of Sidney, paints a rock the City of Sidney School School’s colors on Saturday at the North Street Rock the Block event. East North Street between North Ohio Avenue and North Main Avenue was closed to traffic for the event. Kids could eat free hotdogs, play Bingo, and jump in a bounce houses. The event was organized by the Shelby County Historical Society, Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County Waiting Room Coffee House and Disabled American Veterans Sidney Chapter #48.
