Sidney’s Alpha Beta chapter of the International Teaching Sorority, Alpha Delta Kappa, granted its annual scholarship for 2024. They have announced Caroline Anthony as the recipient of the $1000 scholarship.
Anthony is the daughter of Jason and Traci Anthony of Versailles. She will graduated in Nat from Versailles High School where she has been involved with musical and drama, show choir, volleyball and softball and several organizations including Future Teacher of America, student council and French club.
She has worked with children in her work setting helping students with activities and social skills. She is attending Bowling Green State University and major in secondary education with a concentration in integrated language arts.
Alpha Beta chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa is a fellowship of women in education who promote educational and charitable projects. They grant the scholarship annually to students in the area who plan to pursue a college degree in the field of education.
