A Pioneer Electric employee cuts branches off a smoking tree that fell on a power line along Metz Road between Botkins Road and Southland Road during a storm that came through the area on Sunday at around 2 p.m.. The smoking tree was reported at around 6:20 p.m.. The ground by the tree could also be seen smoking. The tree fell in a cow pasture. The cows watched as Pioneer Electric workers responded.
