A pair of Sidney firefighters in Hazmat suits walk towards the City of Sidney Water Treatment Plant pulling a wagon filled with equipment. The two were responding to a chlorine leak at the plant that was reported shortly before 2 a.m. A shelter in place order was announced within 1.5 miles of the plant. The order was lifted shortly after 4 a.m.
