-4:29 p.m.: crash. Wesley Swain, 31, of Sidney, was traveling south on South Ohio Avenue, near East Water Street. Tyler Wilson, 63, of Sidney, was traveling east on East Water Street near Ohio Avenue. Wilson ran a red light at the intersection of South Ohio Avenue and East Water Street and struck Swain.
SEPTEMEBER 21
-1:32 p.m.: crash. Yonder J. Castillo Ojeda, 21, of Sidney, was traveling west on Russell Road approaching the traffic light at Fourth Avenue. Vanessa E. Singleton, 69, of Sidney, was stopped at the traffic light at Fourth Avenue. Castillo Ojeda didn’t stop in time and struck Singleton.
SEPTEMBER 24
-8:56 a.m.: warrant. Sonya K. Smith, 60, of Sidney, was arrested for felonious assault.
SEPTEMBER 25
-10:25 a.m.: crash. Danielle M. Berhardt, 38, of Beavercreek, was traveling west on Michigan Street, in the right lane, near Vandemark Road. Robert S. Alexander, 75, of Sidney, was traveling east on Michigan Street, in the left turn lane, preparing to turn onto Vandemark Road. As Alexander turned left onto Vandemark, he struck Berhardt on the right side.
-10:50 a.m.: warrant. Jeremy D. R. Knasel, 45, at large, was arrested on a warrant.
-10:52 a.m.: warrant. Ashely A. Norberg, 36, at large, was arrested on a warrant.
-2:49 p.m.: crash. Beth A. Thompson, 59, of Sidney, was traveling west on East Ruth Street and struck the parked car of Avery C. Roberts, of Sidney.
-3:46 p.m.: crash. Kaleb Goins, 33, of Jackson Center, was traveling west on West Court Street approaching the left turn only lane. William Stamm, 86, of Sidney, was leaving the State Farm parking lot on West Court Street. Stamm failed to leave room for Goins’ trailing unit and struck Goins.
-4:51 p.m.: crash. Justin H. Ellison, 34, of Sidney, was traveling west on state Route 47, attempting to turn south onto North Vandemark Road. Riley H. Barnes, 22, of Sidney, was traveling east on state Route 47. Ellison struck Barnes as he turned onto North Vandemark Road.
SEPTEMBER 26
-9:05 a.m.: crime in progress. Seirra I. Fischer, 33, of Sidney, was arrested for possession of cocaine.
-9:06 a.m.: crime in progress. Dustin B. Russell, 35, of Sidney, was arrested for possession of cocaine.
-9:07 a.m.: complaint. Derek W. Kinninger, 45, at large, was arrested for trafficking drugs.
-1:22 p.m.: complaint. Travis W. Teasley, 48, at large, was arrested for possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools.
-5:45 p.m.: court summons/citation. Charity L. Turner, 43, of St. Marys, was arrested for criminal trespass.
