Jason Sturgis, 46, of Columbus, was charged with operating unsafe vehicle, $261 fine.
June Ann Penny, 54, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension – dismissed, $111 fine.
Blake Elliot Thompson, 24, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Keayra Alyse Motley, 21, of Inkster, Michigan, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Stephen Nomar Colon Sandoval, 18, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Mary Easter Brown, 70, of Hamilton, was charged with failure to display plate, $130 fine.
Laura J. Booth, 61, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
Jenny Lynn Hampton, 39, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, speeding – dismissed, and failure to display plate – dismissed, $180 fine.
Jayleh Ann Dunford, 24, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension – dismissed, $112 fine.
Sawyer Robert Brown, 26, of Lima, was charged with driving under suspension – dismissed, $111 fine.
Bonny Beadith Atencio Penso, 44, of Sidney, was charged with no operator license and motor vehicle stop lights, $186 fine.
Qiana Marissa Heard, 46, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.
