-9:18 p.m.: crash. Robin A. Carr, 16, of Sidney, was backing up on Jefferson Street and struck the parked car of Sherrie A. Cammarn, of Liberty Center.
OCTOBER 11
-12:17 a.m.: warrant. Alysia M. Meyer, 33, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.
-5:54 a.m.: crash. Debra A. Butler, 53, of St. Paris, was traveling west on West Court Street. Butler failed to remain in her lane and swerved into Stephanie L. Lewis, 40, of Sidney. Both vehicles sustained damage.
-7:05 a.m.: crash. Nathaniel L. Bateman, 38, of Sidney, was traveling east on Campbell Road when he struck the parked vehicle of Ethan M. Moorman, of Sidney. Bateman continued and struck the parked vehicle of Justin L. Neville, of Sidney. Another vehicle of Neville’s was parked in front of his first vehicle and was struck by the force of the first vehicle being hit. A fifth vehicle, belonging to Diana J. Darner, of Sidney, was struck by the force of the other two parked vehicles. Bateman’s vehicle rolled onto the driver’s side and came to a stopping point facing west on Campbell Road.
-10:32 a.m.: crash. Wesley Davis, 61, of Sidney, was traveling south on Wapakoneta Avenue when he lost control, went off the left side of the road and struck a tree.
-11:19 a.m.: crash. Wesley Davis, 61, of Sidney, was traveling north on Wapakoneta Avenue when he struck the rear of Duncan Ankrom, 36, of Sidney, while he was stopped in the left turn lane facing north. Davis travelled on the opposite side of the road and struck Diana D. Sniffen, 45, of Sidney, while she was stopped on Wapakoneta Avenue at Russell Road facing south. Davis continued in the opposite direction and struck Keesha R. Tucker, 33, of Sidney, along the driver’s side. Davis continued and struck a mailbox after leaving the roadway. Police believed Davis was in the beginning stages of a stroke and was sent to the hospital.
-6:09 p.m.: crash. Angela R. Schmidt, 50, of Sidney, failed to yield to the right of way at the intersection of North West Avenue and Poplar Street as Nicholas A. Baker, 29, of Sidney, was continuing straight and Schmidt turned and struck Baker.
-10:30 p.m.: crash. Edward D. Adkins, 72, of Sidney, was traveling north on Hazel Nut Lane when he struck the parked car of Victoria A. Wilver, of Sidney. It was discovered that Adkins was driving under the influence.
-11:06 p.m.: crime in progress. Edward D. Adkins, 72, of Sidney, was arrested for driving while under the influence, and stopping after an accident on property other than the roadway.
OCTOBER 12
-1:35 a.m.: crime in progress. Gage R. Sherman, 33, of North Baltimore, was arrested for criminal trespass, criminal damaging or endangering, and public indecency.
-4:08 a.m.: crash. Brandon K. Jackson, 44, of Troy, was pulling onto Fair Road eastbound from Hampton Court. An unknown driver was traveling east on Fair Road in the right lane and swerved and struck Jackson. The unknown driver fled the scene.
-8:22 p.m.: crash. Mary R. Brown, 54, of Sidney, backed out of the World Missions for Christ Church parking lot when she struck the unoccupied parked vehicle of Hailee M. Ellis, of Sidney, on Cleveland Avenue.
OCOTBER 13
-1:08 a.m.: crime in progress. Renee A. Anthony, 25, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.
-2:46 a.m.: crime in progress. Fatima I. Elshafei, 23, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.
-10:45 a.m.: crash. Karen E. Night, 68, of Sidney, was traveling west on West Court Street approaching Royan Avenue when Night and an unknown vehicle struck each other. Since the second driver in unknown, it is unknown who is at fault.
-12:28 p.m.: crash. Victor E. Hardin, 79, of Troy, was traveling east on East Court Street approaching South Main Avenue. Joseph Jeffers, 8, of Sidney, was traveling east on the north sidewalk of East Court Street approaching the intersection with South Main Street on a bicycle. Jeffers continued on the crosswalk and Hardin turned left onto South Main Street, bumping into Jeffers and knocking him over.
OCTOBER 14
-10:06 a.m.: complaint. Madisen L. Leach, 26, of Sidney, was arrested for endangering children.
-3:30 p.m.: complaint. Xavier J. Foy, 35, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.
-4:05 p.m.: warrant. Kaitlynn E. Wilkins, 24, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.
-4:49 p.m.: crash. Carol R. Abbott, 56, of Sidney, and an unknown vehicle were traveling in the same lane traveling west on Court Street at Fourth Avenue. At the red light, the unknown vehicle rear-ended Abbott.
