SIDNEY — The Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation (SCARF) and the Shelby County Animal Shelter will host a Howl-a-day Open House at the shelter, 1100 Clem Road, Wednesday, Nov. 23 from 4 to 7 p.m.
The shelter will be open for tours. Animal adoptions can be arranged. The popular Top Dog calendar will be for sale.
SCARF members will talk about plans for a new animal shelter and how it will differ from the current one.
Refreshments will be served.
