I grew up with it so it was always a place I could hang out with family and friends especially now that I’m older and people have moved away it’s the weekend and I know I’ll see them again.”

It’s about family getting together whether it be the Civic Association, Swim team, Boy Scouts, Athletic Boosters, Band Boosters, basically any association in town has some stake in the Oktoberfest it brings everybody together for this event.”
