Jay Roellgen, of Tupelo, Miss. was back at Minster Oktoberfest with his famous beard now dyed the colors of the Village of Minster’s flag. Roellgen dyed his beard the colors of the German flag for last years Minster Oktoberfest.

Steve Wendt, of Youngstown, came dressed for the occasion at Minster Oktoberfest Saturday, Oct. 1.
