FORT LORAMIE — A new 12,000 square foot building is being constructed in the Fort Loramie Industrial Park. The building will be for rent when it is completed later this year and is designed to be expandable to larger sizes.

Mike Barhorst and Jim Prenger of Miami Erie Properties, LLC say the building is designed to attract new businesses and employment to the area.

“This area has great people with great work ethics. Having modern, industry ready facilities to rent is important to attracting new businesses.”

Miami Erie Properties intends to continue building facilities in the area as demand dictates.
