SIDNEY —The Sidney Zoning Board of Appeals approved two permit requests on Monday afternoon.

The request was granted of Paula Colemen for an expansion of an existing conditional non-conforming use permit to build a 10-foot by 16-foot accessory building at 123 S. Walnut Ave. in a single family residential district.

S & S Speed Shop also received consent from the board for a conditional use permit for a motor vehicle repair shop at 729 Wapakoneta Ave. in the community business district.
