SIDNEY — It’s time to get spooky in Shelby County.

This year Sidney, along with a few other areas, have chosen to hold their trick-or-treat actually on Halloween, Monday, Oct. 31. Sidney’s trick-or-treat will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. that night.
