JACKSON CENTER — Huffer Chiropractic in Jackson Center is currently taking registrations for a free on-line webinar series.

The series will teach everything you need to know about purification after the holidays. This class is aimed at people who don’t have the time to attend a class.

The Purification Warrior Webinar Program is being offered to patients and non-patients alike. Simply stop by the office, 307 S. Main St., or call, 937-596-5600, and give the front desk staff your name and email address. The staff will then register you for the series, and attendees will receive an email with their log-in information.

The first 60-minute webinar will air on Dec. 8 and will explain how to successfully do the 21-day cleanse and reap the multiple health benefits. Then, once you have enjoyed the holiday season with friends and family, your purification program will begin Monday, Jan. 9.

The live 30-minute webinars will be on a variety of topics regarding: toxin removal, the detriments of refined and artificial sugars, how to eliminate trans-fatty acids from your diet; and a plan of action for post-purification.

They will then run every Monday in January beginning on Jan. 9 at 2 p.m. or 8 p.m. Indicate your time preference when you sign-up. There is no cost for the webinar, but all of those who register prior by 6 p.m. on Dec. 7 will receive a 10 percent purification kit discount from kits purchased from Huffer Chiropractic.

Leisha Elchert, the on-site nutritionist for Huffer Chiropractic, is excited to be able to offer this opportunity.

“I think this is a great opportunity to share information with others that are not able to attend the classes that we offer at the office,” Elchert said. “Our Doctors and staff are dedicated to educating others about how to achieve optimal health, and this is just another method to achieve that.”

Elchert welcomes nutritional questions regarding not only this program, but sees clients with a diverse range of nutritional needs from current imbalances creating various challenges such as: digestive, hormonal, sugar handling, inflammation, immune and/or weight issues; to others who are currently asymptomatic and are looking for ways to maintain optimal health. She can be reached at 937-596-6000.
