COLUMBUS — Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has announced that 8,495 new entities filed to do business in Ohio during August 2016.

That is an increase of 983 new entities compared to August 2015. This month’s report reveals that more than 3,500 more entities have filed to do business in Ohio during 2016 than at the same point in 2015.
