VERSAILLES — Kristy Earick, CEO and administrator at Versailles Health Care Center, has announced Cindy Simpson as the new director of dietary services at the center.

For the past 15 years, Simpson has worked at Bob Evans and was general manager for the last six years.

Simpson is originally from the Versailles/Russia area and now resides in Sidney with her dog, Abby, and her two cats.
