-6:22 p.m.: theft. Morgan Marvin, 23, 411 S. Main Ave., reported the theft of a Little Tykes slide and a city trash can.

-5:13 p.m.: probation violation. Christopher Righenzi, 24, 411 S. Main Ave., was arrested on a probation violation.

-4:46 p.m.: warrant. John Moorman, 40, 532 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-2:31 p.m.: contempt. Donald Campbell, 42, 226 Brooklyn Ave., was arrested on two warrants.

-10:14 a.m.: theft. Tammy Ordean, 32, 434 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of her cell phone after a man left with it that she let him use it.

-7:31 a.m.: theft. Derrick Metz, 30, 225 Apollo St., reported the theft his wallet containing $160 taken from his vehicle parked in his driveway.

SUNDAY

-9:33 p.m.: felonious assault. Joshua Causey, 35, 510 N. Main Ave., Apt. C, was arrested for felonious assault and Lisa Six, 26, 510 N. Main Ave., Apt. C, was arrested for assault.

-4:52 p.m.: criminal damaging. Shelia Nuss, 69, 604 S. Main Ave., reported her vehicle’s front and rear windows and part of a door were spray painted with the letters “FU!” overnight. According to the police report, the officer also noticed a stop sign in the area of Queen Street and South Main Avenue had the word “snitch” spray painted on it.

-4:46 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported a male who fled the scene after attempting to steal $610.32 in merchandise.

-4:04 p.m.: domestic violence. Jacquia Hudgins, 28, 1326 Grove St., was arrested for domestic violence.

-3:39 p.m.: criminal damaging. Danny Gallagher, 60, 120 Queen St., reported his vehicle’s windshield was spray painted the letters “FU!”

-1:22 p.m.: theft. Misty Blankenship, 34, 317 Shelby St., reported the theft of a weed-eater from her front porch.

-10:14 a.m.: criminal damaging. John Widney, 73, 609 S. Main Ave., reported her vehicle’s driver’s side window was spray painted.

-4:37 a.m.: theft. Jayleen Branscum, 41, 124 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported someone known stole $500 from Jason McAfee, 30, 602 Monroe St. at her residence.

-11:08 p.m.: patient abuse. Police are investigating the report made by Lori Dicke, 54, 503 Grenelefe Court, of possible patient abuse at The Pavilion on Fulton Street

-10:29 p.m.: vehicle trespass. Coby Bell, 24, of Piqua, reported someone entered his vehicle overnight while is was parked and unlocked at Beech Street and North Ohio Avenue.

-5:21 p.m.: theft. Police investigated a report of fraud made by Maleta Kirk, 54, 617 East Ave.

-4:26 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Kari Howard, 31, 331 Jefferson St., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-5:31 p.m.: criminal damaging. Lucas Burton, 35, 324 Williams St., reported someone shattered the rear window of his vehicle overnight.

-11:10 a.m.: burglary. Chelsea Small, 24, 523 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of jewelry valued at $300, a jewelry box, a flat screen TV, and two fishing poles.

-8:03 a.m.: found property. A MasterCard belonging to Joshua Combs, 32, at large, was found at the Dawg Pound Lounge on North Vandemark Road and was turned into the police department.

-3:38 a.m.: theft. Robin Taylor, 41, 225 S. Miami Ave., reported the theft of her vehicle from her residence.

FRIDAY

-9:15 p.m.: robbery. Priest Johnson, 22, of Troy, reported he was assaulted and 15 Vicodin pills were taken from him in the 200 block of East Court Street.

-6:18 p.m.: theft. Brenda Watkins, 59, 509 N. West St., reported the theft of two wrenches, a socket set and 24 cents in pennies from her vehicle.

-3:38 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Brandon Engley, 28, 230 N. Walnut Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-4:30 p.m.: burglary. Phyliss Shinall, 57, 529 N. Wagner Ave., reported the theft of a PlayStation 4 game console and a Black Ops 3 video game were stolen from her residence.

-2:30 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Matt Denise, 40, 551 Campbell Road, reported credit card fraud.

-2:23 p.m.: domestic violence. Christopher Washington, 28, 812 Park Ave., Apt. C, was arrested for domestic violence.

-10:32 a.m.: telephone harassment. A warrant has been issued after Julie Poore, 41, 733 Broadway Ave., reported she continued to receive messages after a police officer warned for them to stop.

-10:09 a.m.: theft. Nicole Bile, 43, 302 N. Miami Ave., reported someone entered her vehicle and stole her Pioneer car stereo, a book bag and miscellaneous clothes.

-8:37 a.m.: theft. Angela Parker, 39, 526 N. Main Ave., reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took an AT&T unit pro mobile internet hot-spot.

-3:25 a.m.: aggravated trespass. Adam Abbott, 24, 490 W. Parkwood St., reported damage to the front door lock of his residence.

THURSDAY

-1:36 p.m.: found property. Three Dell laptops, a briefcase and a backpack were found in the wood-line at 12 Tawawa Drive and were turned into the police department.

-9:57 a.m.: theft. Tammy Sprankle, 52, of Covington, reported someone took her wallet from her purse containing her social security card and two credit cards from Lane Park on West Russell Road and then used her Visa credit card without her consent.

Accidents

The vehicle owned by Jerry Van Horn, 2805 Wapkoneta Ave., Lot 3, was struck in a hit-and-run collision by the driver of a stolen vehicle on Saturday at 3:38 a.m.

Van Horn’s vehicle was parked in the 200 block of South Miami Avenue when the driver of a stolen vehicle failed to maintain control and hit the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene.

The owner of the stolen vehicle is Robin Taylor, 225 South Miami Ave.

• Joseph Dulin, 37, 2576 Lindsey Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 4:14 p.m.

Dulin was traveling westbound on Campbell Road when he failed to stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle stopped in front of him at the stop sign on Campbell Road at Kuther Road. Dulin told police he wasn’t paying attention.

The driver of the other vehicle was James Apple, 46, of Russia.

• Kazlyn Floyd, 22, of Piqua, was cited with failure to yield from a private drive on Friday at 2:57 p.m.

Floyd was attempting to pull out of a private drive and head westbound onto Michigan Street when she turned into the path of an oncoming vehicle traveling eastbound on Michigan Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Sarah Diaz, 30, 1001 Fourth Ave., Lot 71.

• Marsha Haas, 67, of Kenton, was cited with improper lane change on Friday at 2:43 p.m.

Haas was traveling southbound on North Ohio Avenue when she attempted to change lanes from the right to the left lane and was struck by another vehicle traveling in the left lane.

The driver of the other vehicle was Dusten Martin, 25, 1305 Garfield St., Apt. T.

• James Larry, 62, 1465 East Court Street, was cited with failure to control on Friday at 8:39 a.m.

Larry was traveling eastbound on Riverbend Boulevard when he struck a parked vehicle at 1209 Riverbend Blvd.

The owner of the parked vehicle is Jerry McNeal Jr., 1209 Riverbend Blvd.

• Brianna Johnson, 25, 2080 Knoop Johnston Road, was cited for assured clear distance ahead on Friday at 8:26 a.m.

Johnson was traveling northbound on South Main Avenue when she rear-ended the vehicle stopped at the traffic light in front of her at East Court Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Elaine Knouff, 55, 471 Rush Creek Road.

• Alliyah Wise, 21, 2443 Alpine Drive, was cited with failure to control on Thursday at 11:01 p.m.

Wise was traveling westbound on West Hoewisher Road when she stuck a parked vehicle at 652 W. Hoewisher Road.

The owner of the parked vehicle is Jessica Smith, 652 W. Hoewisher Road.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-8:22 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire alarm.

-2:51 to 9:45 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-7:20 p.m.: gas leak. Crews responded to the 1000 block of Michigan Street for a natural gas leak. Vectren also responded to the leak that came from a line located just above the ground.

-11:14 a.m. to 9:53 pm.: medical. Medics responded to nine calls.

SUNDAY

-5:35 to 10:04 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls.

-5:21 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to an odor investigation.
