FOOTBALL

Despite losing at home to Marion Local last week, the Anna Rockets are still in good position in the Division 5, Region 20 computer rankings this week.

The top eight teams advance to postseason, and Anna is in fifth spot this week with its 4-2 record. It sets the stage for another big game Friday night in Anna against 4-2 St. Henry, who is ninth this week in Division 6, Region 24. Marion Local leads that region.

Versailles, with its win over Fort Recovery last week, is No. 7 in D-5, Region 20 this week.

In Division 7, meanwhile, Lehman has moved up to the No. 3 spot in Region 28 after its big win over Riverside, and is in excellent shape since the Cavs will probably be challenged only once more in its last four games, that against Fort Loramie.

The Redskins are tied for 14th in Region 28 and cannot afford another loss if they want to return to postseason.

Minster is 11th this week in that same region, but has three games remaining that carry a lot of points if they win, starting with this week at home against Coldwater.
