CINCINNATI — Golfers from Anna and Versailles competed in the Division 2 District Boys Golf Tournament at Glenview Golf Course in Cincinnati Friday.

Only the top three teams and top three individuals not on a qualifying team advanced to the state tournament this weekend.

Anna had two players in the district. Zach Watren shot an 80 and finished in a tie for 16th overall, and teammate Mason Platfoot finished with an 85 and tied for 35th.

Kyle Cotner of Versailles finished in 27th spot after shooting an 82.
